How it works?

The workshops are broken down into simple and fun activities that work to To get what you want, could you spare two hours per week for four weeks? Great over four weeks you will start develop a focused

feel more energised and focused and able  to get started and to keep going on your life changes... no matter when you decide to make them!

 

4 Step Process

The process is simple and gives you a toolkit to determine your inner motivators to reach your goals and work on refocusing your mindset shift so you can make small, but consistent changes that can help you set yourself up for success in 2019

Week 1. FIND FOCUS

Identify your priorities and take the tension from planning next steps. Action plans can look great on paper, but the reality is they can be overwhelming and unmanageable.  Lean a few simple techniques to ensure your plans are realistic and fit with your own life.   We will focus on small, consistent every day changes that can help us to transform our lives substantially and sustainably.
